Annual Dues $149  Open to any individual employed by a lender or affiliate member. Membership certificates will be issued in the name of the individual’s and the company’s name. Includes membership in NAMB.

Annual Dues $495  Open to individuals, partnerships of corporations whose business is other that that of a professional or lender member. Membership certificates will be issued in the name of the affiliate. This class of membership includes membership in NAMB.

Annual Dues - $595  Open to lenders who make, purchase, broker or wholesale loans originated by professional members. Membership certificates will be issued in the name of the lender. This class of membership also includes membership in NAMB.

Annual Dues $149  Professional-Associate membership are open to Licensed Loan Officers, non-voting, individuals not employed by a professional member and annual dues are $149.00. Membership certificates will be issued in the individual’s and company’s name. This class of membership includes membership in NAMB

Annual Dues - $449  Open to any individual, partnership or corporation who is licensed or exempt from licensing as a mortgage broker.  Licenses with more than one member must designate who the voting member will be. There is only one vote per license. Membership certificates for the voting member may be issued in either company or individuals name. This class of membership also includes membership in NAMB
